Range of applications

This system is best suited for high-speed applications, i.e. equipment travelling over long distances and at high speeds. Here the location, whether above or below ground, makes no difference.

This applies particularly to dump trucks, articulated dump trucks and graders, but also to agricultural machinery.

In wheel loaders the system can be used where the machine has to travel long distances, no damage occur to the tread surfaces or additional traction is not needed.

This system cannot be used when wheel loaders are used for the disposal of slag. There is no sensible alternative to the tyre protection chains that provide optimum protection for this application yet.
